Whooshh Innovations Inc. is a privately held company. We have used SEC Regulation CF to raise capital from accredited and non-accredited investors. As such, this page is maintained pursuant to those regulations and will be updated no less than annually as required by the SEC rules.
If you are a current investor of Whooshh Innovations, your shares and shareholder records are maintained on a single third-party platform. If you previously accessed your Whooshh shares through Carta or Startengine, they have now all been consolidated onto a single platform. Note: If setting up your account for the first time, please use the same email address that you used for Carta or Startengine, respectively.
Investors please note, to reduce administrative costs and improve investor experience, we have consolidated the records on the two platforms referenced above.
